In this study, the direct displacement based (DDBD) method was used earthquake load and capacity spectrum (CSM) determine level of performance using pushover analysis. purpose study is analyze compare regular buildings with that have irregular soft story stiffness. be reviewed in consists 3 variations total 8 floors.
